Talk to machine or robot ...I like a human voice ....

Like a lot of RSA ..I upgrade my bouquet with a hell of a time to talk to somebody who could do it within seconds .Now that the rugby is over I must have spend at least an hour so far to be able to drop my bouquet ..Use the HI on whatsapp but do you think it will accept an option to go down in your bouquet .On their web site as well most of my info is totally outdated ...but managed to correct my info . Very frustrating ...ALL about money but to upgrade or downgrade ...Why not give a help with a comprehensive list of options ...
