Talk about shirking your responsibilities DSTV!!!!!

When we signed up for DSTV we purchased the decoder that comes with free satellite installation.

We have noticed that the satellite dish is rather rusted, more so than our son's which was installed over 10 years ago at the same address! (Bellville, Cape Town)

When we asked DSTV why our dish is rusting already and could they arrange for the supplier to sort it out for us they referred us to the installer and when we contacted the installer, Colorado Satellite Services, they referred us back to DSTV!!!!

Going back to DSTV all could say was "Please note that providing customers with unsatisfactory service is not in line with our ethics. Please accept our sincerest apologies in this regard.~KP
