Taking people's money without delivering

I have rented a movie (Fifty Shades of grey) on DSTV Explora box office on the, 14 June 2015 and the movie was supposed to be delivered on my DSTV explora to play in 5 minutes. But even today, the movie was never delivered. We did not get to watch the movie, however money was deducted from my BOX Office account. This is a ****, I thought money will be reversed into my account because, we did not get to watch the movie. This Boxoffice thing is **** and **** to ***** money from us. One must just watch a movie at Cinema or buy a DVD instead of donating money to multichoice and don't get to watch the movie.
