Taking more money than allowed on debit order
Again, every month they deduct more than my regular debit order. Months ago. After emails and phone calls and distress, they said they fixed it, it wont happen again, but yet again. Taking more than R1100 off my account since Sept/Oct again! Gatvol. Its ********** to change a set debit order!

02 Mar 2021, 19:54I spoke to you. You said you will phone me again after speaking to the other departments, but didnt. Again the R1100 was taken off. I demand every ******* cent taken off since last year, to be paid and cleared in my bank account by 12:00 midday tomorrow (Wednesday). And written confirmation that it is now sorted, forever. And i want two months free dstv subscription for BOTH my accounts cause the stres and time wasted on this issue for the past year has caused me to go on chronic meds from stressing!!!
