Taking advantage of vulnerable

I have been dstv 658 including showmax and now they debit me 703 with no clear explanation I have tried so many times to get clarity but no luck, and am definitely sure this is also happening to vulnerable people like me who does not have voice against this abuse of big corporates like dstv, we all have financial crisis esp in this covid-19, I have send email to their complaints unit buts still no clear explanation, I need to be assist urgently with this matter, Herewith my account no:‪***3‬ Regards
