Taken for a ride with DSTV

I have paid for my dstv account 7 days in advance which is the 30th August 2020. On the 6th September 2020 the date my payment was due my dstv cut off although payment was made in advance . I called dstv call centre to query the issue. I was told I'm owing a balance of R307. 00 due to us hiring box office movies, I then responded saying that box office movies are paid for at checkers directly into my bowoffice account, then I was told by the dstv consultant that she made a mistake payment is not due to the boxoffice account, but the payment is outstanding on my decoder insurance. I informed the consultant that I did not pay my insurance due to my affordability and that my dstv can not be cut off due to unpaid insurance on my decoder, I further told the consultant I do not wish to have my decoder insured therfore insurance has been stopped, the consultant then told me this insurance was due for the month of June. I then asked the consultant why am I only getting informed on the 6th September 2020 for outstanding insurance for June 2020. The consultant then told me I have to pay an outstanding payement of R188. 00 for the insurance on my decoder and reconnection fees of R119. 00, I then told the consultant the choice is mine on whether I want to insure my decoder or not, she then put me on hold for 5mins and then cut me off. I had called dstv back explaining the very same issue and got the call cut again while talking to the consultant. I made over a dozen calls to have the same response where the consultants cut the call off.
