Take your payment but doesn't provide you with any channels to wAtch
First time subscriber to online streaming package. Paid and did everything online...3 weeks now and after many queries and escalatione STILL not able to watch anything. Sent bank statements and proof of payments etc and still nothing. Incredibly frustrated
