Take your customers serious not for granted 😒😏
I'm so tired of this company you all took my money for this month actually for nothing I don't understand because you sent a guy to come take your router that I didn't even used now you demanding money to pay for my Dstv and I did pay for this month I honestly don't like what you doing your service is bad and complicated you closed my channels for what now I really hate this kind of service y'all don't take your customers serious you take some of us for granted and it is really not the good thing 😒😒

22 Oct 2024, 13:46Please stop increasing my price I don't owe you anything you took your router and you said you going to cancel since one of your agent ls gave me rlwrong information about it please cancel I won't pay money that I don't know anything about please I'm really tired seems like you playing games with me I'm so tired of you guys it's enough now it's either you going to cancel that contract because I sent Maremane Dikgale a proof and y'all promised to cancel that router contract I'm even of thinking of leaving you I will rather stream with other sites I'm so done with Dstv you not taking me serious

25 Oct 2024, 10:24Dstv even now you haven't called and update me about the router cancelation you sent a guy from FedEx express to came and collect it on the 18th October 2024 but no cancelation that has been done I won't settle the bill for something I didn't used and already the router is with you guys stop doing this I'm tired honestly seems like I'm turning into a joke now
