Take their licence away

This branch is pathetic. They have no customer service and bad attitudes. Unapologetic and rude. Shame on them. Arrogant and a a blight on the DSTV brand. They dont deserve to have an agency licence. I will cancel my DSTV as soon as I buy my new smart TV and get Netflix. Their website says they close at 16h30. When I arrived at 15h25 they told me they were closed and refused to help me. No apology no remorse... not at all worried that we (other customers were also there) had all taken out time to get to them. Clearly they dont need our business. I am not the only one who has complained on the reviews but still they have not changed there website. They simply just dont care about their customers because they have the monopoly. They should be investigated.
