T.A Tlakula Dstv extra charges

We have been receiving a power services from Dstv, debit order comes with extra fees every month that we did not agree. as a pension i cannot afford this anymore. i was suppose to be getting a discount since am a pension depending on goverment grant. R400 debit order on Acess option and extra view is a day light *******. i hope someone will call me to resolve this Mrs T.A Tlakula on *** or email my son on *** to resolve this. as a widow and depending on grant i cant afford this any more. i even requested insurance to be cancelled on the decorder as i cant afford it anymore.
