Switching of ownersgip on decoder

We filled in the paperwork to exchange decoder ownership sent it trough..we waited 72 hours..nothing happend...went to multichoice they said they will sort it out...well this is going on for nearly 2weeks now?!?!but dstv are very clear if they want there money...but they dont do anything for public!!!!this is the worst service ever!!!!
