SWITCH TO DEBIT ORDER TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM

This evening 15th March, my screen went blank and I received a Notification with code E16-4. The notification read to the effect that my account could be in arrears, and I should dial in a code to check my balance etc.<br> Now I know my account is up to date so I phoned the call centre. I was told it is just an error, I said no it is a notification and it irritates me as my account is up to date. The agent then told me \If I signed a debit order I would not have this problem"as debit order client do not get this message. When I challenged him that this was not acceptable as my EFT money is as good as debit order money"
