Switch from DSTV to Netflix

During a time where business is generally bad you would expect that the customers that do continue to make use of your service are valued. Clearly this is not the case with DSTV, has or ever will be. I was charged and additional R149 last month. I downgraded my package due to financial restraints but was charged extra anyway. All the agents I spoke to were unable to assist. Haresh Joopraj gave me this ref *** and told me someone would contact me within 24 hours and that was on the 30 of May!! To date I have received neither a call nor an email to correct the situation. I went onto the DSTV app to check my billing for the 1st of July and guess what!!!!!! They're charging me an additional R149 AGAIN. The reason for my frustration is that this will go back and forth the whole month with them wasting my time with their *********** staff. This time I'm done. I will wait till the month is over and cancel. I can't even do it now cause I can kiss my refund for this month goodbye. People should stop using their pathetic excuse for a service and get onto Netflix. They have a better variety anyway. You won't need to watch endless repeats and still be **********. Anyway I just needed any prospective new subscribers to know DSTV is not worth your time and money. If there was a zero star rating they would deserve that.
