Good day,

I would like to thank Multichoice for their swift response on my refund. An error was committed on Friday the 15th November 2019, I logged a call on Monday, today we are on the final stages of my refund. I am glad the issue was resolved quickly & professionally, for that I say to Multichoice please continue servicing other clients like that as well. When errors are committed, take ownership & accountability to fix so that we can also remain loyal to your business.
