Suspended services by DSTV MULTICHOICE

For the past 2 weeks I have been complaining about service i get from multi choice and they connected my services and again today it is suspended again this means for the month i have to keep phoning multi choice. This is very bad and expensive on my side to be calling in about the same thing day in and day out.
