Suspended services

Dstv service is *******. I was told to pay a certain amount yesterday so that my subscription can be unsuspended. I did that but the Chanel's still didn't work so I called and they opened them. Now this morning thru closed them again and they want me to pay another amount. Honestly this is nonsense. We pay do much money for the ******* service that they give. I've called 3 times already and their calls as not free we actually pay for them. They don't even have the decency to call back if a person gets cut off. This is just wrong.
