suspended service because of duplicated account pathetic service

the service is pathetic, these people keep on suspending my account reconnecting from Friday till today ive wasted about r100.00 airtime calling their call center and I was advised the matter will be resolved on my duplicate account but nothing is being done, Friday they said I owe r36.00 then it changed to r26.00 and they are failing to credit the right account and close the one that is not supposed to be on my name , I am drained and very disappointed and I even think of cancelling the service as I am not getting any joy from these people my acc is ********** 9 as I am writing this review my account is suspended again even though I called 4 times yesterday which is the 03 of march 2019, the service is terrible someone needs to sort this because I wont stop I will even go on twitter and facebook to address this ...
