suspended service after payment

DSTv off since sunday. Paid and promised to be on in 5 minutes. spoke to Sizwe, Thandeka and a few others. Thandeka promised that the service is on and she cleared all the errors!! really... still nothing. Since we experienced the problem I spent R150 worth of airtime. Phoning in many times, to be told that they are offline!!! really offline for more than a day now??? I send a email to proofofpayment@ dstv.com. and still nothing. cust number ***2
