Suspended Service

I bought a DSTV decoder at Pep in August 2017, it was installed on the 15th of August. The Company HMI installed it through Nsizwa who could not set up the channels using my details on the subscription agreement schedule because he was told by the head office that I alredy had an account at multichoice, which I don not know anything about. Nsizwa the used my daughters initials, NN Maseko to set up the channels. I was then instructed to pay R94.90 to be able to access the service until the 23rd the day they will debit my bank account. I payed the R94.90 using my ID at Pep stores on the 28th of August 2017. However a day later the channels were suspended due to insufficient payment. On the 1st of Septembr I went to shoprite and payed R480 using my ID, but the channels were still blocked. I then realised that the receipt from shoprite had initials and surname that are not mine but M. Monpune. I then returned to shopriteto enquire. They discovered that the ID no. was mine but the account is not mine. and when they checked using my daughter's ID the account reflected the correct details and that my subscription is up to date.

On the 6th of September I went to the Multichoice officein Middelburg Mpumalanga province. I was assisted by Cynthia who checked the account and informed me that thisis a ***** case and that I must submitt certified copies of my ID and my daughter's, proof of residence and an affidavit that she will send to the head office to clear the matter. I submitted the required documents but nothing was done. I went to multichoice again on the 18th of September, there was no progress and channels are still suspended.

I realise I need to continue with the payments so that I do not breach my agreement with multichoice but I am highly inconvinienced having to pay for a service that I am not receiving due to circumstances that are not my fault. I am sure this is not the first time someting like this occurs and I am requesting for an urgent positive response fromMultichoice as this was not the kind of service I was anticipating when I signed up for the DSTV. Please intervene.
