Suspended my package unfairly

Dstv decided to upgrade my package from compact to premium , after me telling the lady on the phone earlier this month I dont want to upgrade and she confirmed on the phone that it was cancelled. Dstv now decided to suspended my package because I need to pay for the premium services.. I called dstv 3 times today but they are so dam usless .. I told them to listen to the voice recording and u will see I never gave any consent or accepted this.. and I have small kids at home that watch their cartoons daily and now there is no tv.. the call centre is so dam useless my second call with them .. the guy told.me hold on and I was holding on for 50mins from my cell phone.. eventually my airtime ran out and no one called back.the amount of airtime I used calling dstv , I could of paid for premium package.. all that and I still dont have tv, my kids are suffering due to dstv incompetence.. I just feel like doing what everyone else is doing these days and getting uncapped Wi-Fi and getting Netflix.. and getting rid of this stupid dstv ..
