Suspended account for no reason

Good day

What does one have to do to avoid having to deal with multichoice every single month?

Why is my account suspended??? I have made a payment and it was working up until 4 hours ago. I'm sending e-mails and people are just taking their time to respond some couldn't even be bothered.

A lady by the name of Refiloe Mashego rep**** with some ridiculous questions that i had to answer about an hour ago and I'm still waiting.

This is frustrating, can somebody look into my account and reconnect it please!!!
