Suspend services when I pay more then I should pay

I am not very happy with dstv. They suspend my service when I pay more then what I should pay. When I phone them and reconnect my service they charge me re connection fees, then they said they are going to credit the fees and they don't do it. My service is still suspended

They have bad service account department don't know what they are doing.
