SUSPEND EVERY SECOND DAY BECAUSE JOURNAL DEPT TAKES A FOREVER TO ALLOCATE PAYMENT

I made a payment on the 25th I explained to the consultant what happen they rectified the account for 2 days and they deactivated my account again it been going on like this for the weeks now every second day they suspend my account every time I have to call for re connection they tell me the same story the account is rectified they will escalate to the journal dept Because payment is pending to allocate payment and they also adding charges because it not paid which it is so they must reverse those charges also ticket ***0 even a call ref also my acc num/I246 and every time I must hold for 20 min who going to pay for this.
