supscription suspended
I did an upgrade in Jan and confirmed my debit order details. As far as I was aware, the debit order was going off. I even used the self service option end of Feb to check my balance. In March I received an sms saying a debit order of over R700 was unsuccessful. When I called in to query the amaount I was informed that I was in behind since Jan. This was only brought to my attention in March. As far as I know, this service is a pre-paid service and if you don't pay your services become suspended. Why then didn't this happen and why didn't anyone bring it to my attention that there was something wrong with my payments? I have never not paid for my DSTV account! What pains me is that I will now have to pay a reconnection fee for something that was not even my fault. The reason I have a debit order arrangement is so that I won't have to worry about payment being late and so on... I am really disppointed that no one picked up for almost 3 months that I was receiving a \free"service. I need for someone to contact me so I can make an arrangement to pay this off."""
