Supersport failing at live broadcasts (again)

To whom it may concern,

I am writing my review here in the public domain, as Supersport never replies me if I try and resolve this via e-mail.

This afternoon, 18 October 2020, on Supersport Motorsport channel (215), it was the Aragon MotoGP race. The race was barely finished, with the broadcast still well in progress, when the broadcast on Supersport was cut for adverts, and after the adverts, it was reverted to repeats of a recent Superbike race... Firstly, I pay for Premium for the purposes of watching live motorsport, and if you guys wanna generate additional revenue to our subscription fees, by means of adverts there are multiple other slots for you to do so, why do it when the Moto GP is still on?

Furthermore, why would I want to watch a repeat of few weeks ago's sport, when I can watch the live podium from the Moto GP?

I suggest you get your act together and organise your planning much more efficiently. Also, if somebody mails you, please respond. I was left with no other choice than to complain here in open domain, due to nobody ever responding to my mails.

Please let me know should there be any further queries in this regard.
