The service or lack thereof that I am getting today is sickening and I don't take nonsense pretty well. Do you mean to tell me that not even one person or manager is willing to explain where you get the hideous amount that you're charging me?? Wow! I'm disappointed disappointed is such a polite word to explain the poor service I'm getting!!
