Super bad service

Multichoice choice is reaping me off, btw the 31/08/22 and the 6/09/22 I already payed them R1200 just for compact and dstv family, I bought the August special dstv Internet that u add it on your campact package which is R429 + R70 =R499 + pvr secvices R109 . I also have dstv family from R310 I should be paying R920. I paid R402, 99 + R429 + R438. 38 but they saying I owe the R411 all the amounts I paid them within 7days but my services for the compact are suspended. I'm Beang charged compact plus I did not ask for desney plus I did not know about now I beaing charged cancelation fees for something I did not know, the call center agent told they will wave the fees, the guy I skope to removed my extra view I don't know why he told me I will be charged reconnection fees but all my services where never disconnected the time I paid the account. All I'm asking please reverse what ever u did on my account back the way it was, I WANT MY DSTV COMPACT + PVR SERVICES JUST ADD THE INTERNET FOR R70 AS PER ADVERT. I'M SO DISSATISFIED 😒 MY LAST CONTRACT PRICE LOCK HAD EVEN ***** ON IT I STRUGGLED THE WHOLE YEAR. IT'S THE SAME THING WITH THIS INTERNET THING I will never advice anyone to buy its the worst service ever even the staff the don't know what they doing. 😠😠😠😠😠
