Super Arrogant,

Horrible disgusting service from Athi NKOSI to the Dstv. My son remind me to pay Dstv because it just closed now. As is my due date. I immediately do eft and email them. But it still not working. I do call them. Athi NKOSI is the one who take my call. She asked me to be on hold while she checking my email. I been on phone for an hr still waiting her responding. After she come back I told her sisi just to short the story give me your email then I can forward this proof of payment on you. She keep saying she send me black email that’s the one I will send her proof. Again I asked Athi what’s your problem to give me that email right now while we still online. She is super rude and cute that call for me without fixing my problem. I’m wondering if this woman think she do a favour for me with my money and this is her job. I didn’t realize Dstv is a fly by night company. Where they employee arrogant people like this woman. I wonder how many people who experience same situation like I. That’s why lots of people taking other options. Like Netflix, showmax. I need this to be sorted with immediately effect
