Sucking service from mutichoice

I have a problem with my premium. I can't get help anywhere. I pay 539,but 755 was deducted and when I call they say they are offline. Last month it was switched off claiming I must pay 210,when I called it was reinstated saying it's a system error. I need my refund. KEALEBOGA
