Such ****TY **** SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

I am highly disappointed in the level of service DSTV gives for a 1st time subscriber on the 10th of July 2020 this has been a complete Nightmare with *********** staff who drop you call every seconds while one is trying to explain the issue, where debit order dates are entered incorrectly and the overall service is ****. I am completed appalled and have called over 3 times and still have not been assisted correctly each time. No wonder everyone is running away and using such services as NETFLIX your staff need training and need to be more courteous when dealing with clients. So im now meant to call in again for the 4th time to get disconnected again?
