Such Incompetence and Arrogance

Just realised DSTV activated an extra decorder on my account without my knowledge on 15 May 2019. i called them end of May after realising a big bill they said they will investigate. My primary compact has been suspended plenty of times and i have to call in to explain and it gets reopenned. This morning they again suspended my service, I went to Multichoice in person and a superviser tells me I have to pay for a premium activation i did not request on a decorder i do not use. i said NO and was refered to a guy called Johannes Nzimande in ***** who seemed to have no clue on how investigations and attribution of a crime run. He tells me they have been having many such cases and they treat as collusion on my part and i am treated as a ******** and have to pay whatever is owing. I told him its wrong to bundle all events as one and treat me as a ******** when i am not. I even explained to them that i was out of the country When this happened but he was adamant its my baby. I then asked to speak to some one more senior and it actually got worse. A lady by the name Faith Malaza got on the phone and she was so rude to the extent of saying her say is final. I do multi million rand investigations everyday but i dont remember anyone deserving such arrogance from me, ********* and victims alike. Surely such lack of professionalism has left a bad taste when it comes to my View of Multi-choice and DSTV. Now they want me to pay money for the lack of control in their organisation, for all i kno my smartcard might have been cloned by their elements within but they cant even think in any other way than pointing to a customer as the perpetrator......Disgusting
