Such Incompetence

My husband and I got our price lock 3a decoder and was installed Friday September. That Friday, it never worked. Took it to Mondeor dstv center on Sunday, couldn't get the issue sorted after spending4 hours there. Rushed to the Randburg center and left excited because we thought finally!!!! We were told catchup will work after 48 hours from Sunday evening!!! Today it's Thursday, still no catchup!!!!

After spending countless hours on the phone.... Getting the runaround Excuses that catchup doesn't work through out the country!!!! Really???
