Substandard service

I'm utterly disappointed with the level of service offered by Dstv. Firstly, my service was disconnected without warning prior to my debit order date. Secondly, my extra view hasn't been working for over a month. I've made numerous calls to the call centre without much help. If Dstv is serious about its client base, they really need to up their game.
