Subscriptions Cancelled 2015 now receiving calls from Lawyers

I enjoyed DSTV and its services tremendously but had to cancel all subsriptions and contracts in late 2015 due to financial reasons. Now all of a sudden I receive phone calls from lawyers stating that my DSTV account is in arears... I mean come on people, I cancelled everything and everything was paid up to date at the time of cancellation! Should there have been something missed on your side why do I now after two years receive calls from lawyers, why did you not phone me after the first month or send me an email or even a letter in the post as you had all my details?? I will surely rethink before ever using the services of DSTV and want this matter resolved as a matter of urgency!
