Subscription Payment Date

i am trying to move my subcription payment date from the 15th (of the month) to the last day of the month. According to Xolile at the DSTV call centre i cannot move dates as i am on Price Lock. All i need is a pro rata amount that i need to pay to cover the period from 15 October to 31 October.

Over and above this i am also struggling to find out exactly how much i have to pay monthly. I asked the same Xolile. She said it is R1300 but when i asked he to break it down the amount came up to 1144 (premium = 919 + extra view = 95 + PVR subscription = 95 + Decoder Insurance = 35. However when i checked on *120*68584# i got an amount of R1035. Then i got a text from Multichoice requesting me to pay an amount of R926 to get reconnected.
