Subscription increased without valid reason
Good day
I just spoke to a DSTV consultant Nonhlanhla regarding my DSTV account where I pay R514 and this month I have paid R619. When I speak to Nonhlanhla to explain why she tells me about prorata fee and she speaks of us paying in different dates where my statement clearly states I pay every 2nd of the month so I don't understand what's going on and why I had to pay an extra R100 for my account.This is ********** as I have not been informed of any changes on my account and Nonhlanhla and the other DSTV consultant they speak different stories on why I have paid this amount please rectify this *** service and stop increasing my subscription without informing me. Please call me on *** you speak to my son.
