Subscription Deceit

DSTV are the worst...almost everyday in the month of September they kept sending me text that I have received a discount for the next two months and would pay less than my monthly subscription. I then paid said discounted amount at the end of the month only for them to cancel my subscription. When I contacted them they are telling me that I was supposed to have activated the discount although it doesn't say in the text. After admitting that it is their sales division that should have alerted me of this, they still want to charge me the normal amount including a reconnection fee... what in the Dumisani Dog is that? Are these people for real?
