Subscription cancelation issue

Struggling to cancel my subscription. Options on automated voicecall responses don't include cancelations. You use their recommended WhatsApp or Online App still they dont give you an option to cancel subscription. Im really done with Dstv Multichoice.

As advised on our telephone discussion, the account has been scheduled to disconnect on the 02.05.2020. We will not debit the account on that date.
