***** subscription activation

DStv did it again to me. I terminated the account in 2024 and this morning, 31 January 2026, I woke to an email reminding me of a subscription amount of R710.00 due today. I cancelled Multichoice DSTV and they can't explain why the terminated account has been reactivated. Instead my call was cut off with no answer. Please sort out this!!
