I subscribed for a premium streaming package in April, ONE package, paid R699 when I subscribed, come May, they take R2097.00 in subscription fees. Chatted to an agent and they INSIST I sunscribed for 2 packages but they can not tell me how to delete the second package as it does not reflect anywhere on my profile. I only subscribed once. No refund available. Terribly disapointing. Only got it for the sport as most of us do, but I can see why this is a dying brand. I want my money back!

I was called the very next day by a person from DSTV to notify me that I can either get my money back or I can have the extended month's subscription. Great! Desperate to watch some sport!

I opted for the subscription extension owed, only to have everything cancelled and now I can not watch anything without opening and paying for a new subscription. HELP PLEASE!
