Subscribtion paid but no pictures

Dstv is really a **** like seriously..its been 2days now since i have paid my subscribtion..but still there are no pictures but suprisingly my decoder is active✅️..i have tried everything resolving this matter dstvselfservice,whatsApp,dstv website,my dstv App,am being told reboot reboot reboot...unplug wait for 15min..i mean what the **** is that..i have paid for nothing in other words as i am typing now i am going for 3days now...without viewing pics..this is really unproffesional
