Subscribed on 30/08/15 and switched off on 14/08/1

DSTV was activated by phone and all documents signed and sent in by email to Multichoice.<br> <br> Received no answer back from Multichoice.<br> <br> Sent complaint to multichoiceenquire by email. Received reply ref *** and resent all completed documents.<br> <br> No reply from Multichoice sent another sms to Multichoice, again no response.<br> <br> Sent another email got response ref ***.<br> <br> Nothing further.<br> <br> On 13/08/15 at 16h12 received sms that our service is going to be terminated.<br> <br> Phoned Jhb call center and told that we owe R80-00. Told operator that we do not even have customer number and we do not have invoice telling us what amount to pay. Said he will come back to us.<br> <br> On 14/08/15 found that service was suspended. Phoned Jhb service center again and were now told that we owe R300 and something and after explaining told us he will discuss with supervisor and will call back in 10 min.<br> <br> Still waiting 10 min long gone.<br> <br> Poor service to new subscriber. How do I get my money back that I paid for the Dstv Explora that I bought cash???

As per your previous correspondence with reference numbers we tried to search for your customer details and could not find any information.
