Subscribed a week ago. Package still not active
Signed up on the premium streaming package on the DSTV website last Saturday. R699 was immediately directly deducted from my debit card and as of today my subscription hasn't been activated. It's been almost a week and no one can tell my what the problem is.
Be careful entering your debit card details on their website as they can't seem to pick up where the money has gone.

22 Jul 2022, 16:11You can cancel my subscription. I've waited long enough. I know you won't refund my R699 but if you don't cancel the debit order I will reverse it every time.
