It has now been over a month since I ordered my decoder, and it still hasn’t been delivered. No delivery has been assigned, and despite me calling almost every day, I get no clear answers or follow-ups. The agents keep saying someone will get back to me, but no one ever does. I have received no communication about when or how my decoder will finally be delivered. This level of service is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially from a company of DStv’s size. I would really appreciate it if this matter could be escalated and resolved as soon as possible. I have been patient, but I am now quite fed up with the lack of feedback and action.
