Stupidiest service ever

Stupidiest service ever, my parents compact subscription disconnected cause its alleged i owe R445. Paid over R2500 in a month to convert the holiday decoder to be compact in October, billed R990 and again paid that,now another bill of an alleged new service and there's no new service i added. Lodged a query which Rodger is dealing with and now boom a mere compact disconnected without resolving my query. DSTV is stupid and a ****, I'm cancelling all my premium subscription and any other service i have with this stupid company.
