Stupid unprofessional consultant on Facebook called Xm downgraded my packages without consent

I have to decoders which were both on family but due to the useless repeats i decided to downgrade my other package to easyview today and since i have paid until the 26th of june i was told the downgrade will be effected then to my surprise i was immediately downgraded and i enquired about this on ur facebook inbox and ur rude consultant hinding under the name xm instead of assisting me he doenloaded both my packages if u dont need me as a customer its fine just dont rob me i have paid for family on both my packages until the 26th why are u downgrading me and when i enqu8 about it u decide u will downgrade both packages what kind of service is this u can cancell ur stupid subscription its fine refund me the money that i still have for few days am left with and train ur stupid consultants to be professional ur disgusting the service u rendering to me after soany years of paying for your stupid repeats these are some of the screenshots from ur xm consultant
