Stupid requests on refunds
Please can we habe a zero rating because some of these businesses don't even deserve 1. I am struggling to ge my money refunded. So I mistakenyl paid into my old (inactive) account and am struggling 5o get my money back.
First I requested that the money be transferred to the correct account, on numerous occasions I was told it would reflect in 24 hrs, to no succe. The afyer all these failed attempts I requested a refund. Now am being told I need to send proof of payment for the very payment that they have continuously confirmed they can pick up on their side. What stupidity is this? Can I just get my money back?
