Stupid Price Lock

Stupid DSTV and their Pricelock. Been on Pricelock since Nov 2017 paying R549pm. In Sept they decided to Debit R662. I called them, they advised I go pay my normal installment at PEP cos it was a debit error, which I did. Yesterday my PVR functions were cancelled, I could only watch what was showing n could not pause, record, etc. I called them, they escalated it. This morning both PVR and pictures are cancelled. So I cannot watch anything, yet my account is up to date. To think I was about to renew my contract with them since it’s coming to an end in Nov. Hell NO. They can go to hell for all I care.
