Stupid dstv staff

I phoned in on Saturday19th march inquiring about and upgrade. I did not yet approve it and the stupid staff changed it without my concent. I called again to speak to a supervisor or manager and they said they going to correct it and out me back on my normal package . Sunday 20th it still is not corrected. I tried calling in for 2hours on hold and waiting to speak to supervisor with my complaint. They keep saying someone will call me and No called me to correct this problem. I made a hello peter complaint yesterday and someone said they gng to call me at 9am is now past 9!!!!!!!!! I am waiting for the call from a manager to fix this **** up that dstv made and is not correcting!!!! I am not paying for something I did not ****ing approve. And to **** me off more they took off my review and i will ****ing write 10 000 more if no1 fixes the problem and calls me immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
