Stupid dstv staff

I dont know how it's so difficult for staff to just get it right.

I inquired about a package last week Saturday 19 march. they changed my package without my concent. After two days of trying to get hold of dstv and complain on here. I got a call that the problem is now resolved. I then chose a different package. The compact plus with the add on movies, which was all said to me everything is now sorted, only to realize that I'm paying for the package and the add on movies but I do not have the add on movie channels.

Can someone please give me a call immediately. I'm really furious now ! Why is it so ****en hard to just get it right?! I was also told I'm gng to getting a confirmation email with everything.. I'm still waiting for that email !!!! I'm waiting now for my phone call ! I WANT THIS SORTED!
